Booked in before they arrive
Add the visitor, their company, the site, who they are seeing and when they are expected, with a note for the gate if there is something they need to know. Saving the booking gives them a code, and you choose when to email it to them.

One code to sign in and out
Visitors type their code on the same kiosk tablet your staff clock in on. It signs them in, shows them your note, and the same code signs them out. Nobody has to find a pen or read a name off a clipboard.

The host knows they are here
When a visitor signs in, their host gets a notification on their phone. You can add other people to that alert for a whole site, or for one booking, so reception or the site manager hears too.

Everyone on site, in one list
The register shows who is signed in right now and the history of who came and went. On Pro, an emergency roll call includes visitors still on site, so nobody is missed at the muster point. Anyone who forgot to sign out is closed off overnight, and the site day sheet PDF lists the day's visitors next to the day's clock-ins.

How does visitor sign-in work?
You book the visitor in and send them a code. When they arrive they type it on the site's kiosk tablet to sign in, and again when they leave. The register shows them on site in between.
Do we need special hardware?
No. It runs on the same kiosk tablet your team uses to clock in. There is no separate visitor terminal to buy.
Can visitors turn up without a booking?
The tablet signs visitors in with a booking code. For someone who arrives unannounced, create the booking on the spot from the web and give them the code.
Are visitors included in a fire roll call?
Yes, on Pro and above. An emergency roll call lists visitors still signed in alongside staff, so they are accounted for at the muster point.
Does it print visitor badges?
No. There is no badge printing today.
How long are visitor records kept?
You choose, in the visitor settings. The default is two years, after which records are removed automatically every night.
