Courses you write in an afternoon
Split a course into parts: text, a file, a video link or a quiz with a pass mark. Make people take the parts in order if it matters, and set how many months the certificate lasts.

Assigned, chased and finished
Assign a course with a due date and see who has not started, who is part way and who is done. Nudge people with one click, or mark something complete that was done elsewhere. Reminders go out as the due date gets close.

Certificates that remind you before they expire
Passing a course adds the qualification to the person's record. Qualifications from anywhere else can be added with evidence and checked by a manager. Reminders go out 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry and on the day.

A shift can require a qualification, and the rota warns you when you put someone on it without one, or refuses outright if you set it to. You can also have the time clock check at the moment someone clocks in.

What can a course include?
Written parts, files such as PDFs, video links and quizzes with a pass mark, in any order you choose.
How do we track certificate expiry dates?
Every qualification carries an expiry date. People and their managers are reminded 30, 14 and 7 days before and on the day, and the person's record shows what is current.
Can we stop unqualified people being rostered?
Yes. A shift can require a qualification. By default the rota warns you; you can set it to block instead, and optionally check again at clock-in.
Can staff do training on their phone?
Yes, in the web app on any phone browser. Courses are not in the native staff app yet.
Can we record training done elsewhere?
Yes. Add the qualification with its evidence and expiry, and a manager verifies it.
