Every app here is free to download and included with your plan. You sign in with the workspace your employer set up, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to configure on the device.

The kit app is iPad and iPhone only. Booking equipment in and out from an Android device is not there yet. Get in touch if you need it, and the web app installs to an Android home screen in two taps in the meantime.
On your computer
If you work at a desk, the clock should not be another tab to go and find. This one sits at the top of your screen all day: one click to start, one click to stop, and a glance to see who is on the clock right now.
Mac
Your hours start and stop from the menu bar, so nobody has to remember to open anything. It keeps out of your way while you work, and it is Apple approved, so it opens on a double-click with no warnings to click through.

Getting started
- Signing in for the first time
- Use the email address your employer holds for you. If you have not set a password yet, open the invitation they sent and set one, and the app will sign you straight in.
- Finding your workspace
- Give us the email address you were invited on and we will send your workspace link back to you. Find your workspace.
- Setting OtisIO up for your team
- Start on the web, where you build your first rota and invite your people. Every phone that installs the app picks it all up automatically. Start a free trial, no card needed.
