Checkpoints from tags you write yourself
Buy commodity NFC tags for pennies, write them from the app in seconds and stick them at each checkpoint. Each tag is written with a signed link unique to your workspace and location, so a copied or re-written tag does not pass. No proprietary wands, no hardware order, no per-tag licence.

What hardware do we need?
Phones the guards already carry and inexpensive NFC tags, which you write yourself from the app. There are no wands, readers or proprietary checkpoints to buy.
How do missed checkpoints get flagged?
Every round knows its checkpoints and its schedule. If a round completes without a checkpoint, or does not run, it is flagged automatically with a full record of what was visited and when.
Can a checkpoint tag be faked or copied?
Tags are written with a signed link unique to your workspace and the checkpoint's location, so a re-written or copied tag pointing elsewhere does not verify.
Does it replace check calls?
Scheduled rounds with automatic missed-round flags cover much of what manual check calls exist to prove: that someone was where they should be, when they should be. Many teams keep voice check calls for lone-worker welfare and use rounds for patrol proof.
Can we track SIA licences?
Licence documents live on each guard's profile with expiry dates and reminders, so renewals surface before a deployment problem, not after.

Do guards need a special app?
