One register for everything you lend out
Radios, keys, vehicle keys, tools, uniform and IT kit, each with a code, a category and photos, plus stock counts for things you hand out by the box. Print QR labels from the register and scan them with the app to find an item in a second.

Issued to a person, returned by a person
Sign an item out to someone with a return date and a photo of its condition, and sign it back in the same way. Anything past its return date is flagged and the holder is reminded. When someone leaves, their profile shows what they still have before they walk out with it.

Signed for, on screen
With the Asset Management pack, or on Enterprise, the person signs for the kit on screen when it is handed over, against the agreement for that type of item. Hand-overs can run on a dedicated tablet sign-out app at the stores, which keeps working if the signal drops.

Plant and kit on each site, costed
The same pack gives every site its own kit list, a plant register with rental rates, a weekly cost dashboard and kit inspections, so you can see what each site is paying for and what should have gone back.

What is equipment sign-out?
A record of who has each item, since when and until when. Instead of a book in the stores or a spreadsheet, every radio, key or tool is issued to a named person and signed back in, so when something goes missing you know who had it last.
Can staff sign for equipment on screen?
Yes, with the Asset Management pack or on Enterprise. The holder signs on screen against your hand-over agreement, and the signature is kept with the issue.
Does it use QR codes or barcodes?
QR codes. The register prints label sheets and the app scans them. Barcode scanning is not supported.
Can we track hired plant and equipment certificates?
Hired-in equipment with costs and due-back dates, and certificates such as LOLER and PAT on each item, are built but not yet on a standard plan. Speak to the team and we will tell you where they stand for your business.
What happens when someone leaves with kit?
Their profile shows how many items they still hold, so the kit can be collected before their last day. It is a clear prompt rather than a block on archiving them.
Which plan includes it?
Equipment sign-out with the register, stock counts, QR labels and overdue flags is on Growth and above. Signed hand-over, site kit lists and the plant register come with the Asset Management pack, which can be added from Growth, and are included on Enterprise. The pricing page has the prices.
