Each SOP is a page with headings, steps and photos, plus a PDF or file attached if you already have one. Scope it to a site so people only see the procedures for where they work.

Read and acknowledged, by name
Staff open the SOP and acknowledge it, and you see who has and who has not. Edit it and it moves to a new version, and everyone is asked to acknowledge again, so an old read never counts for a new procedure.

What is an SOP?
A standard operating procedure: the agreed way to do a job, written down, so it is done the same way whoever is on shift.
Can we see who has read an SOP?
Yes. Every acknowledgement is recorded with the person, the version and the time, and managers see the count for each procedure.
What happens when we update a procedure?
It becomes a new version and everyone has to acknowledge it again. Earlier versions are not kept side by side for comparison.
Can we upload our existing SOP documents?
Yes. Attach the PDF or file to the SOP, and add a short summary on the page if you want one that reads well on a phone.
