For zero hours staff, holiday builds at 12.07% of the hours they work and is paid when taken or rolled up into each payslip, whichever you choose.

Questions from event operators
How do I know a casual member of staff really turned up?
They clock in on their own phone as they arrive, by scanning the QR poster at the gate or on a tablet by the entrance. Every clock-in is timed to the minute with a location stamp, and you see a live register of who is on site, so a no-show is obvious before the doors open.
Do my casual staff need to download anything?
They use the OtisIO app on their own phone to clock in, see their shifts and claim open ones. We set it up with you, so there is next to nothing for a new casual to learn.
Can I sign people on before their first shift?
Yes. Send each person their contract to read and sign on their phone, and collect their right to work evidence the same way. The signed copy files itself on their record.
What if I only need them for six weeks?
The price is per person per month, so you pay for the people you have on. Talk to us about your season when you book a call and we will agree the terms with you.
Can I fill the gaps on the rota quickly?

What does it cost?
