Do we need a clocking in machine?
No. Any iPad becomes the clock-in point with a PIN or opt-in face recognition, and staff can also clock in from their own phones. Every punch lands on the same timesheet, ready for payroll.
Can I see labour cost before I publish the rota?
Yes. Each draft shows scheduled hours and labour cost per day and per week from the wage rate on each profile, and flags where a shift would push someone into overtime.
Does it handle more than one site?
