Free is a real product, not a teaser: rotas, a time clock including NFC tag clock-in, tasks and checklists, chat, announcements, time off and basic reporting for up to 10 people at one location. No time limit, no card.

Starter adds the accountability layer: GPS stamps on punches, timesheet approvals with payroll export, the form builder, surveys and polls, documents with e-sign, and audience targeting, across up to 2 locations.

Growth is where multi-team operators live: advanced scheduling with open shifts, swaps, availability and live labour cost, bulk and team scheduling across date-range patterns, the equipment sign-out register, attendance tracking, recurring tasks, scored audits, requests, leave accruals with automatic UK bank holidays, recognition, events and project time, across up to 3 locations.

Pro is the destination for serious single and multi-site operators: everything in Growth plus geofencing, kiosk mode and auto clock-out, automatic punch rounding to the rota, security patrol rounds, HR cases and investigations with formal letters, payroll and accounting integrations (Xero, Staffology, QuickBooks and FreeAgent), advanced reporting with a report builder and scheduled email delivery, workflow automation, SOPs, custom fields, training courses, expenses with AI receipt reading and finance export, Otis the natural-language scheduling assistant, batch timesheet exception clearing, API access and webhooks, a full activity audit log, client billing on projects, and salary and day-rate pay types, with unlimited locations. The Asset Management module (plant, kit lists, rental cost and signature-acknowledged issue) and the face-recognition kiosk are available as add-ons.

Enterprise is everything in Pro with the Asset Management module and the face-recognition clock-in kiosk included, plus single sign-on through your company identity provider, enforceable two-factor authentication, the estate site register and global site scoping, per-site onboarding and right-to-work gating, and estate-wide people, with tailored seats, custom pricing and SLA support.

Every paid plan is a flat monthly fee covering your first 30 people. Beyond 30, each extra person adds the per-user amount printed on the plan card. There are no per-module hubs and no implementation fees: the feature table below is the entire product, and any optional extension is priced on this same page.

Worked example: a 45-person team on Growth pays £59 for the first 30 people plus 15 × £1.80, which is £86.00 a month excluding VAT. This figure is computed live from the plan records, so it is always current.

The Free plan caps at 10 people; it does not expire and never asks for a card. Trials run 14 days on a paid plan, and a lapsed trial drops to Free with your data intact.
