What actually separates the plans?
What they can do. Every plan has rotas, a time clock, tasks, chat and announcements. Starter adds GPS-stamped punches, timesheet approval, forms and the Site Register; Growth adds advanced and bulk scheduling, geofencing, audits, requests and equipment sign-out; Pro adds payroll integrations, automation, expenses, the face-recognition kiosk and unlimited sites with a switcher to run them one at a time; Enterprise includes every module, equipment and plant too, and adds one workforce across several companies, CIS for subcontractors and two-step sign-in required for everyone. Every tier keeps everything in the tier below it, and the comparison table above shows exactly which tier each feature starts at.
How many sites or locations does each plan cover?
Sites are not what the plans are sold on, but there is an allowance and it is enforced, so here it is: Free 1, Starter 1, Growth 3, Pro unlimited, Enterprise by agreement. The calculator above tells you when the plan you picked cannot carry the number of sites you typed in, and names the cheapest one that can. Enterprise is priced to your estate, with the included number of sites set in your contract.
Is there a file storage limit?
Yes, covering photos, documents and attachments: Free 1 GB, Starter 2 GB, Growth 4 GB, Pro 5 GB, Enterprise 10 GB. Extra storage is sold in 5 GB blocks for £10 a month. Your workspace shows how much of the allowance you have used in Billing, and uploads are refused once you are over it rather than quietly failing.
What does "first 30 users included" mean?
Starter, Growth and Pro are a flat monthly fee that covers up to 30 people. Beyond 30, each extra person adds the per-user amount shown on the plan card, so a growing team does not trigger a plan change. Enterprise is priced to your people and sites, so the number it covers is agreed with you.
What does it cost for a team of 45?
A flat monthly fee covers the first 30 people, then each extra person adds the per-user price on the plan card. On Growth, 45 people is the flat fee plus 15 per-user amounts; the calculator above works the exact figure out live from the current prices.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, for up to 10 people at one location, indefinitely. It includes rotas, PIN kiosk clock-in on a shared tablet, tasks, chat, announcements, time off and basic reporting. Personal phone clock-in, NFC and face clock-in are available on paid plans. No card, no trial countdown, no expiry.
Is anything sold separately?
Not at the moment. Patrols, expenses, HR cases, training and equipment sign-out are all plan features at the tier the table shows, and there are no per-module hubs and no implementation fees.
Are security patrols a paid add-on?
No. Patrol rounds with NFC checkpoints and missed-checkpoint flags are part of the standard plans from Pro upwards, with the number of active routes scaling by tier. There is no separate patrol module price and no implementation fee.
Which plan has the face-recognition kiosk?
Pro includes it, and so does Enterprise. Running it comes with duties: the workspace owns a DPIA and the consent, signage and ID-retention obligations that attach to biometric attendance data, the kiosk ships dormant on every workspace, and it scans nothing until an admin has completed that checklist. Geofenced kiosk mode for PIN or QR clock-in needs none of that.
What happens when my trial ends?
You choose a plan and pay by card, or do nothing and drop to the Free plan. Your data stays; nothing is deleted because a trial lapsed.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, and it is a real one: between 10% and 20% off the monthly price depending on the plan, with the largest saving on Growth. Annual is what the prices above show by default; flip the toggle to Monthly to see the other figure for every plan side by side.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT at 20%, which is added on top at checkout where applicable.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing month. If you cancel, your workspace drops to the Free plan rather than disappearing.
